1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using sVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

sVPN (listed on the App Store as SDEV VPN) provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts the connection between your device and our VPN servers using the IKEv2/IPsec protocol. The Service is available on iOS devices.

3. Account & Authentication

Your account is created automatically on first launch, using a random device ID stored in your device's iOS Keychain
No sign-up: we don't ask for your email, name or phone number
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account right away. iOS keeps Keychain items after an app is deleted, so reinstalling usually restores the same account. Accounts not used for 90 days are deleted automatically
To delete your account, use Delete Account & Data in the app's gear menu, or email us with your account ID (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription

4. Subscriptions & Payments

You get 2 hours of free access starting from the app's first launch on your device, counted on the device. This is not an App Store free trial and needs no payment details. After it ends, you need a subscription to start a new connection
All plans include the same servers and speed, with no data caps
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
Interfere with other users' access to the Service

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service
Server locations and availability may change
Connection speeds depend on various factors including your ISP and network conditions

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We don't log the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the content of your traffic. The Privacy Policy describes the short-lived technical logs we do keep (deleted after 7 days).

8. Intellectual Property

The sVPN app, website, and all associated content are the property of SDEV LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Interruptions in service
Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Actions of third parties

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. Uninstalling does not delete your account; to delete it and its data, see section 3.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
