1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using sVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

sVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection using IKEv2/IPSec protocol. The Service is available on iOS devices.

3. Account & Authentication

Accounts are created automatically using anonymous device credentials
No email address or personal information is required
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
Uninstalling the app will remove your device credentials

4. Subscriptions & Payments

New users receive 2 hours of free access
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity
Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
Interfere with other users' access to the Service

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service
Server locations and availability may change
Connection speeds depend on various factors including your ISP and network conditions

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain a strict no-logs policy for your browsing activity.

8. Intellectual Property

The sVPN app, website, and all associated content are the property of Narek Safaryan. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Interruptions in service
Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Actions of third parties

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling your subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
